Cross Tape grid plaster

In theory, Cross Tapes are based on the same principle as traditional acupuncture. The effect is said to be similarly fast and completely painless.

Due to their rigid grid shape in relation to the skin, our tapes exert traction on the skin and microscopic movements occur in the tissue, triggering a stimulus. Due to this kinetic effect, relief of the skin can occur. The triggered stimulus is minimal, but sufficient to stimulate the blood circulation and thus activate the self-healing powers of the body to get the disturbed energy flows going again. In principle, Cross Tapes can be applied to the whole body and are not limited to the classic areas of application of the musculoskeletal system.

Sizes:

• Size A / small: mainly suitable for use on parts of the body with a smaller surface area, such as the hands, feet or face.
• Size B / medium: ideal for use on medium-sized muscle groups and joints such as arms, elbows or neck. Suitable for every part of the body except the large body joints.
• Size C / large: typically for use on very large muscle groups or joints, such as the back or thighs.

Application:

Before each application, any heavy hair should be removed and the skin must also be dry and free of grease.

1. determine the pain point by touching it with your hand or moving the affected area
2. Select the appropriate Cross Tape size (see description of sizes)
3. carefully remove the Cross Tape from the backing paper using the tweezers provided without touching much of the tape
4. always apply to stretched skin or the bent joint. This improves comfort and gives the longest lasting tape
5. after application, apply the cross tape from the inside to the outside without wrinkles
