The climbing holds from ALPIDEX enable interesting and varied route setting for all wall areas and levels of difficulty.

This set consists of twelve L-shaped holds, which are the ideal size for gripping. The holds have pleasing and grippy surface structures and medium-depth undercuts.
Their versatile design offers a wide range of gripping options. The different structures and the undercut allow precise hand grips and foot positions.
This means that even beginners can find a secure hold, while professionals can fine-tune their routes thanks to the targeted placement of the handles. Suitable for young and old.

Note: The fastening materials are not included in the scope of delivery. Our L climbing holds are attached to the wall with M10 cylinder head screws.
